Standard timelines: every voucher has a specific time frame - this can be further extended with 1 month for a €25 once-off fee.

Confidentiality: The only written data I keep is our email interaction. The materials provided to you are not to be distributed without my written consent for any commercial or other use. I do not work as a recruitment specialist but can share with you resources that you can use in the future based on your discretion.
Return and Refund Policy: If for any reason you or the person who will use the services have to cancel >24h prior to the start of our collaboration, the purchases will receive a full refund minus the Squarespace processing fee. Please note that once bought the voucher cannot be refunded or returned.
