Please note that this service is in high demand, therefore my availability is limited (max of 3 clients per month).
T&Cs
Duration of the consultation: 50-min
Format: Video call (via the whereby app or platform) or a meeting (if based in Dublin). Our video call may be recorded if you specifically request this in advance. All video materials are stored on a 3rd party website (Dropbox) for a maximum of 3 days after the completion of the service, so please download the materials accordingly.
Focus areas: Feel free to prepare questions and send them in advance or write them down for the session. I take an individual approach for each customer and my role would be to listen and advise. Please note that I might refer you to a specific package/service or direct you to another consultant if I believe they would be a better option for you.
How can I book the best time? Please note that I do not work over weekends but can facilitate an evening video call (after your work hours) or after 10 am on specific workdays. You can fill the mandatory form to share your availability for the session in the next 2 weeks. During busy periods, there might be a waiting time for up to 14 working days.
Can I book the consultation for another person? Yes, absolutely, but please ensure they are aware of the T&Cs and will prepare accordingly.
Confidentiality: I will be taking notes during the conversation for the purpose of getting to know you and providing adequate support. Please note that personal data such as your CV, Cover letter and others are removed once we complete our collaboration in compliance with the GDPR rules. Our meeting can be recorded if you would like to listen to it later on - please let me know if this is the case. The only written data I keep is our email interaction. The materials provided to you are not to be distributed without my written consent for any commercial or other use. I do not work as a recruitment specialist but can provide you with resources that you can use in the future based on your discretion.
Return and Refund Policy / Cancellations: The total fee you have paid (minus Squarespace processing fee) will be refunded to you if you cancel > 24h prior to the session. Alternatively, you can reach out to reschedule the appointment. There will be no refund if you cancel less than 24h prior to your appointment.
