Standard timelines: up to 4 working days (in busy periods there might be delays but I will always get in touch with you to inform you about this). All video materials are stored on a 3rd party website (Dropbox) for a maximum of 3 days after the completion of the service, so please download all materials accordingly.

Can I book this service for another person? Yes, absolutely, but please ensure they are aware of the T&Cs and will prepare accordingly.
Confidentiality: Please note that personal data such as your CV, Cover letter and others are deleted once we complete our collaboration to comply with the privacy regulations and GDPR. The only written data I keep is our email interaction. The materials provided to you are not to be distributed without my written consent for any commercial or other use. I do not work as a recruitment specialist but can share with you resources that you can use in the future based on your discretion.
Return and Refund Policy: Due to the nature of these services, the time invested and the personal approach I take with every client, there is no refund offered.
